Founded in 2017, Key Land Capital is a private property and development company basis in the West Midlands. We invest in properties in the UK across both residential and commercial markets, adding value with our development and operational expertise.
We act as a trusted property partner to provide consistent returns while making a positive impact in the communities in which we invest. We strive to always be at the forefront of change, developing in-house capabilities and a thoughtful view of the world that together create sustainable competitive advantage.
